LEARNING
TO LEARN..

An experiential workshop using juggling and play to explore how we learn, adapt and collaborate.

Every modern team is juggling: projects, deadlines, messages, expectations..

“What I really liked was being able to make mistakes, and knowing that the mistake was part of the process. It was a beautiful feeling not to have to think about doing something perfectly.”
— Davines Group Digital & Innovation team

We spend our working lives learning new tools, adapting to change and dealing with uncertainty. But how often do we actually stop to observe how we learn?

In this workshop, juggling becomes a practical laboratory for exploring mistakes, attention, confidence, adaptability, collaboration and flow.

The goal is not to succeed.
The goal is to observe how we learn.

Through the simple act of learning to juggle, participants experience what it means to focus, adapt, make mistakes and trust the process.

They explore precision, rhythm, attention and trust — not as abstract concepts, but through their own bodies and direct experience.

This is not entertainment.
This is experiential learning.

Using juggling as a hands-on practice, participants develop focus, adaptability and connection while discovering how they respond to new challenges, uncertainty and the inevitable mistakes that come with learning something new.

It’s not about the trick.
It’s about learning how to learn.

What Your Team

Will Gain

    • Greater confidence when facing new challenges
    • A more constructive relationship with mistakes and uncertainty
    • Greater adaptability and flexibility
    • Stronger attention, presence and focus
    • Better collaboration and mutual support
    • A shared experience that people remember

“It was beautiful to experience that state of flow — trusting, in this case, my body rather than trying to control the whole learning process mentally.”
— Davines Digital & Innovation team

playful learning that sticks.

Are you ready to embrace a more connected team and flourish together?

Why Juggling Works

Juggling offers a simple, physical way to explore
some of the challenges we face every day at work.

“It gave me a very concrete metaphor for the processes we go through when learning something new, both in working life and every day.”
— Davines Digital & Innovation team

It’s a small laboratory for learning.

  • Staying focused while things are in motion

  • Responding to mistakes with calm and curiosity

  • Coordinating actions with others in real time

  • Adapting when things don’t go according to plan

  • Maintaining rhythm under pressure

You don’t need to be a juggler. In fact, not knowing how to juggle is the point.

Everyone starts somewhere, makes mistakes, discovers something new and gradually learns to trust the process.

Business thinker and lifelong juggler Seth Godin has described juggling as being less about catching than about learning to throw precisely.

In juggling, as in work, you can’t control everything that happens next. You can focus on what you put into the system.

My Superpower

  • Over 30 years of performing, teaching and working with groups, I’ve discovered that my real gift is creating spaces where people feel comfortable enough to play, experiment and connect.

Whether it’s a shared laugh over a juggling mishap, the concentration of learning something new, or a moment of collective rhythm, I help people drop their guard and become more present — with themselves and with each other.

This isn’t forced fun or awkward team games.

It’s a carefully facilitated space where people can experiment, make mistakes, surprise themselves and discover something new together.

The result is more than a team that has had a good time.

They’ve experienced what it feels like to learn, play and connect differently.

A Heartfelt Message from Your Guide: Anthony Trahair

Hello, I’m Anthony

I’m a performer, juggler, author and coach who has spent the past 30 years exploring how play, movement and embodied learning can help people connect, communicate and grow.

From stages across Europe to workshops with companies and communities, I’ve seen how simple, embodied experiences can unlock trust, creativity and new ways of thinking.

My work brings together art, movement, play and coaching, helping people explore how they respond to challenges, learn from mistakes and find their way into flow — individually and together.

What I love most is watching people light up: when laughter and focus meet, when someone surprises themselves by doing something they thought was impossible, and when a group suddenly feels, “Ah… we’re in sync.”

That’s what Learning to Learn is about.

Creating the space to experiment, make mistakes, discover something new and take that learning back into life and work.
